We have a completely automatic powder coating plant, where small-sized pieces are coated in a hypothetical frame with dimensions Ht. 600 mm, Dpt. 800 mm and Wd. 200 mm. Prior to powder coating, preliminary processes are performed including cleaning, stripping, neutralisation and anti-corrosion protection, thereby preventing corrosive phenomena: treatments can be performed without chromium and with a low environmental impact.

The aluminium and its alloys undergo a gold chromating process to provide the necessary resistance against corrosive phenomena and improve the adherence of powder coatings on the aluminium and alloys support, and the new chromium-free treatment that complies with the RoHS directive, while iron is treated with phosphatization.

Powder coatings are applied using various types of resin depending on the characteristics and applications requested by the client. All RAL colours are available, given the former are producers of powders for coatings, in addition to special coatings such as glitter, metallic, matt.
